TASTE:
The palate is full-bodied and structured. The softness of the tannins enhances the richness of the fruit, well balanced by a savory and persistent finish.

between 16 and 18°C
FOOD PAIRINGS:
Excellent with white and red meat dishes, aged cheeses. With its balanced softness it can also accompany small game.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
Fermentation in steel tanks for about 12 days. Refermentation on the Amarone pomace for about 8 days. Subsequent refinement of 12 months in 65 hectolitre Slavonian oak barrels. The rigorous selection of the grapes and the careful vinification with the traditional method of passing on the pomace of Amarone create a complex and persuasive wine.
