It is a product with great gastronomic versatility, which allows it to be enjoyed throughout the meal. Excellent with first courses, it is also perfect with second courses of white and red meat. Perfect as a combination with lasagna.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
The vineyard is located on the hills of San Pietro in Cariano, in the historic Valpolicella Classica. Vinification takes place with 5 days of carbonic maceration, followed by 6 days of fermentation in stainless steel tanks and finally 4 months in stainless steel barrels. Terra dei Ciliegi is a wine produced with grapes surrounded by cherry trees that sweeten this wine, perfect for an aperitif to be served fresh.
