Firriato

The mission of the Firriato winery, in the province of Trapani, is to guard authentic territories, such as those in Sicily. This determination has allowed Firriato to be Sicily's first zero-impact winery in terms of the eco-sustainability of wine production.

Firriato's viticulture winds among various Sicilian territories: hill, mountain and sea. In fact, its vineyards are located in the Agro of Trapani, on the slopes of Etna and on the island of Favignana. Firriato's winemaking wisdom draws the best from these territories, giving wines of extraordinary goodness. On Etna Firriato discovered a grape variety that resisted the nefarious spread of phylloxera in the second half of the 19th century. From these GRAPE vines, with passion and dedication, Firriato draws wines of extremely rare quality.
