Salami

The perfect wine to pair with salami? Definitely a nice rosso, but which one to choose? Salami is a typical Italian product and every REGION, indeed every province, has its own version: it can be more or less fatty, spicy, salty, wild boar or pork. The variations are many as are the wines that can accompany it: the only certainty is that the one between wine and salami is one of the happiest marriages that exist. We said rosso wine: in general it will have to be fresh and not too structured, perhaps frizzante to degrease the palate. In these cases an Emilian Lambrusco quickly and happily solves all problems.
