A margherita pairs beautifully with a rosé wine from Sicily, capable of enhancing its vivid, fresh TASTING NOTES. For a four-cheese or particularly savory pizza, a fresh, mineral bubbly such as a trentodoc sparkling wine is certainly ideal. While for more structured and ingredient-stuffed pizzas, such as capricciosa or diavola, a full, warm rosso wine such as a Veneto merlot can be an ideal pairing.
