Transportation costs are calculated automatically and are proportionally lower as the number of bottles purchased increases.Freight charges are free throughout Italy for orders over € 125,00.

Local deliveries are also made in the area of Upper Vicenza (VI) indicated when checking out the order.In this area only, deliveries are free when the order exceeds 30 € including vatAnd are normally carried out every weekday6:30 to 8:30 p.m.. Orders received by 2:00 p.m. we will make every effort to deliver them the same day, based on the actual time of receipt of the order. Our local delivery person will usually contact the customer to set up an agreed upon delivery time.

Shipment of the goods shall be made within any maximum time specified in the conditions of the offer and, for timed offers (flash-deal), may run from the end of the same. The goods are shipped within the time specified in the order confirmation. Delivery times may also be indicated before completing the purchase process in the cart summary or on the product page.

This information is indicative and does not represent a certain date, as it is not always possible to foresee possible delays due to the courier responsible for delivery to the Customer. In any caseValleogra Distribuzione, unless otherwise specified on the product sheet, undertakes to deliver the goods within 15 working days from the date of the order and on average deliveries take place in 48/72 working hours throughout Italy with the exception of the islands where the average delivery time is 72/96 working hours. Shipments to other European COUNTRY indicated may vary up to a maximum of 10-12 days.

In the event that the merchandise becomes unavailable for any reason after receipt of the order, a refund of any payment received will be issued, without charge to the User. The User may be informed by email when the product is shipped byValleogra Distribuzione, whether it is a Direct Sale or an Intermediate Sale, in the latter case at the time the Partner communicates toValleogra Distribuzionethe successful shipment.

The User will be notified, if available, the name of the courier and the tracking code of the shipment (Waybill or "Tracking"), through which it will be possible to follow its status. This information, if available, will also be visible within the User Account.

Valleogra Distribuzione cannot guarantee that multiple products purchased at the same time will be delivered in a single shipment, nor that any different shipments will arrive at their destination at the same time. In fact, bids may refer to products supplied by different Partners and/or may not come from a single centralized warehouse.

It is not possible to guarantee an exact delivery date or time as this depends on the courier, the destination address, and the delivery party. Valleogra Distribuzione therefore cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect consequences arising from these timelines. Delivery of what is ordered is intended, unless otherwise specified during the purchase process, to the street level.

In the case of shipping bottles, Valleogra Distribuzione uses packaging patented and approved by the courier, designed to ensure the integrity of the product. In any case, upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the User will be required to verify that the packaging is intact, undamaged, or otherwise altered, even in the sealing materials (adhesive tape or strapping) or that there is no leakage of liquid.

Any damage to the packaging and/or the product must be immediately contested by the User, by placing a written reserve of control (and specifying the reason for the reserve, e.g. "Punctured packaging", "Crushed packaging", etc.) on the courier's delivery document. Once this document has been signed, the User will not be able to make any further claims about the characteristics of what has been delivered. Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 3 days of delivery by writing an email to: info@furordivino.comor to the Partner's email address, if any, indicated in the order confirmation and within the User Account.

In case of non-delivery of the goods within the specified time, the User will be required to give notice to Valleogra Distribuzione, who will check with the Partner and/or directly with the courier, the status of the shipment and any anomaly.
As a result of a shipping anomaly (e.g., package lost or destroyed in transit), Valleogra Distribuzione shall, in the case of a Direct Sale or request, in the case of a Drop Shipment or Intermediate Sale, a reshipment of the product, subject to its availability in the Partner's warehouse or at the Partner's premises, without further expense or aggravation to the user, or, refund the order in full in the case of a Direct Sale or arrange for the Partner (directly or through Valleogra Distribuzione) proceed to refund in case of Intermediate Sale.
