32 Via dei Birrai

The brewery 32 – Via dei Birrai is located in Pederobba, a small town in the province of Treviso. Founded in 2006 by three friends, Loreno Michielin, Alessandro Zilli and Fabiano Toffoli with different professional profiles, but united by the desire to create a new way of making beer. They have combined their skills to create a craft brewery based on the values ​​of ecology, sustainability and authenticity.

The beers are the result of meticulous attention to quality and research, using carefully selected raw materials from around Europe and through manual production, carried out entirely in the brewery's facilities which does not involve pasteurization, but the use of technique of refermentation in the bottle.

In recent years they have increasingly engaged in the implementation of a sustainable production process that also aims to take care of natural resources, thus ensuring superior quality, reducing waste and resource consumption.

Characterized by strong aromas and strong intensity, they are beers that present themselves with a great personality.
