    Spaghetti allo scoglio are the epitome of seafood first courses, and they need a wine that can best accompany their characteristics: delicacy and savoriness. Perfect pairings are definitely our Lake Garda white wines such as a nice Lugana, but also Greco di Tufo wine or Sicilian Grillo, which have good aromatic persistence and moderate alcohol content, able to enhance all the scents of the Mediterranean, clams, mussels, scampi, squid and so on. The wine to pair with seafood spaghetti, you may have guessed, is by definition a white, although there are those who dare with subdued rosso wines.
