La valdôtaine is a small mountain distillery where beautiful stills, made of lucente handcrafted copper and with discontinuous, single-batch breathing, distil small quantities of unique spirits, made inimitable by the mineral-rich waters, sometimes astounding in color, that cascade down from the mountains to the distillery.
Our warehouses have been designed to maintain a constant temperature throughout the wine storage phase, in order to constantly guarantee their quality. We want the authentic taste of the wine to arrive in your glasses.
We use polystyrene cellars protected by cardboard. In this way the organoleptic characteristics of the product are best preserved. In addition, the polystyrene packaging offers maximum protection against accidental breakage.
