The nose is fragrant and fruity, with the typical aromas of crunchy cherries and red fruits.

TASTE:
On the palate it is fresh and balanced and elegantly recalls the pleasant notes
fruity, offering a slim sip with a pleasant persistence.

Elegance and lightness make it versatile for daily consumption, particularly with first courses, white meat preparations, fresh and medium-aged cheeses. Try it with elaborate and rich pizzas.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
Fermentation at controlled temperature 25/30° for 12 days. Aging in steel for 6 months. In some vintages, a short stay in large Slavonian oak barrels. It comes from selected parcels of the Valpolicella vineyards. A traditional wine to be rediscovered.
