With the fantastic ingredients offered by the territory of Tramin and the foresight, ingenuity and entrepreneurial skills of elena walch, a woman among the key figures in the growth of winemaking in Alto Adige, a great wine like this, 100% from Sauvignon grapes grown on limestone and sandy soils, could not fail to be born. Harvesting is exclusively by hand and allows, in itself, a careful selection of the best bunches, while every stage of processing takes place in steel, so as never to lose the 'ver-de' varietal vein typical of the grape of reference. A deep and classy wine, with an aristocratic Walch touch!
Bright straw yellow color, with brilliant greenish reflections, the nose reveals those typical Sauvignon scents that range, with elegance and refinement, from exotic fruit to lime, from citrus to sage, with incessant echoes of aromatic herbs. Taut, fresh, typically mineral mouthfeel, it offers a youthful, snappy profile that confirms all the olfactory perceptions.
Delicious for an aperitif, this is a wine that pairs well with seafood cuisine, from a white fish soup to sushi.
