ADDITIONAL NOTES:
The Lambrusco Secco "Terre Verdiane Edition 1813" by Ceci is the sparkling wine par excellence made by the cellar. In fact, Ceci starts from here to tell us about his ability to decline the different types of Lambrusco present within his range. A bottle that offers a generous palate, while fruity scents and more herbaceous references intertwine on the nose that direct the finale of the olfactory analysis towards the vegetable. The label is a symbol of that conviviality that accompanies the Lambrusco foam, however elevating it from a rustic and popular wine to a product of quality and refinement. To be savored with gusto until the last drop.
The "Terre Verdiane Edition 1813" is made starting from the union of two varieties of Lambrusco, Marani and Maestri, both present in the final cut with the same percentage. The bunches are collected with care during the harvest phase, and are immediately transported to the premises used for vinification, where the destemming operations and subsequent pressing of the berries are carried out. The must ferments in an autoclave by carrying out the second fermentation, following the principles that regulate the production of the Martinotti or Charmat method.
The "Terre Verdiane Edition 1813" Lambrusco Secco made by the Ceci winery reveals itself to the eye with a concentrated purple color; the froth is soft and creamy, with some reflections of shades more tending towards purplish. The profile traced to the nose is delicate and pleasant, centered on fruity sensations that gradually allow references to some wild herbs to emerge. On the palate it is light-bodied, quick to take possession of the palate thanks to a sip with a fruity and fresh taste. The label which, perhaps more than others, has made the Ceci winery famous, a real standard-bearer that sets a point of reference for those who want to try their hand at the production of Lambrusco.
