Bright ruby red in color, it has an olfactory profile of small wild red fruits, tamarind, underbrush and iris with a faint spiciness in the background. The taste is young, vivacious, dynamic, with a freshness that ignites the palate, assisted by generous softness and a composed tannin that contributes to the depth of the flavor. Long persistence, all spicy!
Perfect with a beef tartare, with roast beef but also with stuffed pasta.
