Deep ruby red color, the evident and pleasant foam fills the glass.
BOUQUET:
Engaging sensations of ripe red fruit, among all cherry, morello cherry and wild berries. The floral notes open to herbaceous hints and light spicy notes. It closes a background minerality that characterizes these lands.
TASTING NOTES:
Fresh and savory. The texture of the generous and subtle tannins is pleasing. A slight spiciness accompanies us in a pleasantly soft finish that makes this wine intriguing.

Lambrusco "Otello 200" Ceci is one of the many centuries-old stones that this historic cellar in Torrile, a few km from Parma, presents in its immense wine mosaic. The Lam-bruschi can be considered worthy representatives of a land and its people: Emilia. Sparkling, fresh wines and excellent company just like Otello Ceci, who in 1938 began his winemaking adventure by serving his own Lambrusco production to the customers of the family tavern.
The chickpea Lambrusco "Otello 200" is made entirely of the Maestri variety, whose name seems to originate from the villa of the same name, near the town of San Pancrazio in the province of Parma. This type of Lambrusco has seen a significant increase in the hectares of vineyards in recent decades - increasingly replacing the "Marani" with less body and impact - going beyond national borders to reach Australia and Argentina. Once the grapes have been harvested, the processing in the cellar proceeds following the traditional Lambrusco methodology, i.e. starting the second fermentation inside an autoclave, the so-called Charmat Method.
"Otello 200" Lambrusco from Cantine Ceci is immediately recognizable as soon as it is poured into the glass thanks to its purple elegance that ends in a creamy and very fine foam. The finesse of geranium is linked to the freshness and sweetness of wild berries, such as raspberries and blackberries, building an aromatic framework that invites tasting. Once on the palate, "Otello 200" opens expressing all its warmth with a light sweetish sip immediately delicately dampened by a decisive freshness, a gentle bubble and a pleasant sapidity. Lambrusco of great company, this interpretation of Cantine Ceci is a wine suitable for any time of day: from lunch to dinner, passing through the aperitif, in short, it is a must-have to be enjoyed without too many frills.
