BOUQUET:
The nose is very rich with notes of red fruits, macerated blueberries, morello cherry in spirit, balsamic and jam hints.

TASTE:
On the palate it is powerful and incisive, clean, sapid, with a nice acidity, a sign of the Benaco soil.

In the area where the first morainic hills arise, red wines of considerable depth and power are also obtained and Ronchedone is the absolute proof of this.
Strongly desired since there was the feeling that some areas and some microclimates were suitable for making a wine like this. Marzemino, Sangiovese and 10% Cabernet make it a wine that cannot go unnoticed.
The grapes come from a clayey, silty and sandy limestone soil. The training system is simple Guyot and spurred cordon. The yield per hectare is 80 quintals.
The vinification takes place in steel tanks. The refinement and evolution is in barrique for 14 months, followed by 10 months in the bottle
