On the palate, its harmonious structure completely envelops the mouth, releasing persistent aromas and a savory flavor with a final note of rose.

The Vollereaux family's connection to the land and the vineyard is a centuries-old one. In the early 19th century, in 1805, the story of the Vollereaux Champagne founders began. In Pierry and Moussy, in the heart of Champagne, the first generation of this family planted and cultivated its vineyards and thus began to write the history of this champagne.
