VINIFICATION AND AGING
Harvest time in the second ten days of September, at advanced ripening. Vinification at a temperature of 18°-20°C. The fermentation is stopped with the addition of brandy aged at least 5 years in oak barrels.
Aging of over 24 months in oak barrels and about 4 months in the bottle.
