The grapes are entirely hand-harvested and placed in small containers to keep them intact; once they arrive at the winery, they are immediately subjected to soft pressing. The subsequent vinification takes place in small stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature (19° C), partly with malolactic fermentation. The aging also takes place in small stainless steel tanks.

BOUQUET: on the nose, it offers delicately fruity aromas, fresh and floral notes, accompanied by a spicy minerality on the palate.

TASTE: it has a fresh and elegant taste, with notes of citrus as well as warmer notes reminiscent of pineapple, banana, yellow apple, pear, and butter. The finish is lively, savory, and mineral.
