For the whole meal, it goes well with rich stuffed pasta dishes, preferably seafood. Impeccable with a vegetarian tempura.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
The Rosé declination of the Brut Yellow Label, whose structure and innate elegance it possesses. The intensity of pinot noir that dominates and distinguishes the style of the Maison, the delicacy of chardonnay, the roundness of the touch of pinot meunier. Reserve wines (between 25% and 35%, sometimes up to 40%) ensure the continuity of the Maison's style. To this base the Chef de Cave has added a blend of red wines from selected black grapes to give a wonderful balance to this Rosé with a unique character.
