ADDITIONAL NOTES:

A wine which, as the name suggests, recalls and is inspired by the banks of one of the most famous and characteristic rivers of Italy: the Brenta. Brentino di Maculan is produced with grapes that are 55% represented by the Merlot vine, then 45% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are added. The location of the vineyard is located on the best hills, in terms of exposure, of the Breganze DOC area, north of Vicenza. The location and type of soil is characterized by the good presence of soil of volcanic origin and therefore rich in minerals. The care in the preparation foresees at the beginning a careful harvest with the manual selection of the bunches, then the fermentation in steel tanks to preserve the freshness of the wine. Finally, the refinement that half of the wine is carried out in steel tanks for a year and the other half in French oak barriques for a year.
