TASTING NOTES:
Slightly bitter given by the roasted malt that then gives aromas of coffee, caramel and chocolate. Very smooth bodied beer with typical Belgian "watery".

SERVING TEMPERATURE:
between 10 and 12 °C

Side dishes of lentils and beans, soups with legumes, shank with caramelized rind, chocolate cake, crème caramel, panna cotta.
