This Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore Millesimato Extra Dry is one of the most representative products of the entire range made by Val d'Oca. Only the best Glera grapes are selected to make this vintage, which announces itself with an extremely varietal profile, and with a sip dominated by simple harmony. A bottle that is synonymous with guarantee and reliability on all occasions, from the simplest aperitif to more formal dinners, where it accompanies fish-based first and second courses.
This Millesimato Superiore is a Prosecco di Valdobbiadene that Val d'Oca creates starting from the use of pure Glera grapes. It is the vine symbol of the Venetian bubble, which the cellar team constantly monitors, in order to arrive at the harvest with grapes that are always rich in aromas and with the correct organoleptic properties. After the harvest, the bunches arrive in the rooms used for winemaking, where they ferment in steel containers. The refermentation then takes place in an autoclave, following the production principles of the Martinotti Method. At the end of the vinification the wine is ready to be bottled and marketed.
