The best bunches of Sangiovese, coming from vineyards located between 300 and 450 meters above sea level, are the basis of this Brunello di Montalcino DOCG by Cecchi. The fermentation is traditional at a controlled temperature, followed by a maturation of 24 months in barriques (20% new, 80% second and third passage) and a minimum of 24 months in the bottle. The wine for important occasions, with a timeless charm.
