In the panorama of traditional Tuscan wines produced by Castello Banfi, this Chianti Classico Riserva stands out. Suitable for a demanding public, it combines the tradition of Sangiovese and Canaiolo with the power and spiciness of Cabernet Sauvignon. The grapes undergo alcoholic maceration in steel vats and then mature for two years in Slavonian oak barrels. It finally reaches distribution after resting for six months in the bottle. The result is a wine with a broad structure, intense, with excellent aging capacity but also usable immediately.
