APPEARANCE:
Attems' Pinot Grigio Ramato presents itself in the glass with a pinkish color reminiscent of onion skins.

BOUQUET:
Aromas of wild strawberry and small red fruits emerge on the nose, intertwined with hints of yellow pulp fruit and crisp citrus notes.

TASTING NOTES:
Fruity and pleasantly soft on the palate, supported by a lively freshness and a definite minerality that lingers on the finish.

SERVING TEMPERATURE:
between 10 and 12°C

FOOD PAIRINGS:

At the table it pairs well with sweet-tasting cured meats as well as succulent vegetarian dishes and seafood recipes with shellfish.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

Attems' Pinot Grigio Ramato was made from 100% Pinot Grigio grapes grown in the Gorizia area. The reference vineyards insist on soils partly of clay matrix, partly consisting of sandstone, located at an average altitude of 50 meters above sea level. After destemming and crushing, the must was put in contact with the skins for about 8 hours at 8°C. Alcoholic fermentation took place at a temperature of 15°-17°C for a period of 15 days. Before bottling, Attems' Pinot Grigio Ramato rested for 4 months in stainless steel on noble lees, a practice that allowed the wine to be enriched in terms of aromas and structure.
