Gift box containing one bottle per TYPE of:
Ràfia, Vermentino di Sardegna DOC
Vermentino di Sardegna DOC "Ràfia" comes from the hills of limestone origin in the Usini area: ancient soils rich in precious elements, well exposed to the sun, with shapes softened by the winds that bring the salinity and flavor typical of the territory surrounding Alghero.
Plants that produce few bunches but of great quality. Tradition and innovation are blended together to produce this wine: raffia is the symbol of a bond between plant, land and farmer. The clusters are hand-picked and delivered in boxes, subjected to delicate pressure followed by fermentation carried out in unroasted oak barrels for about 10 days. This is followed by batonnage sur lies, or the stirring of the noble lees into the wine, in steel. The wine acquires body, volume, longevity and character. Refinement is then completed with a rest in bottle of about 1 month, resulting in a unique wine with a savory and intense taste.

Redìt, Cannonau di Sardegna DOC Riserva
Redìt, Cannonau di Sardegna DOC Riserva, is a prestigious wine with an extraordinary taste. It is produced from selected vineyards, found indue different areas of Sardinia.
Redìt is a Riserva, a sought-after bottle made from carefully selected, hand-harvested Cannonau riserva grapes. It is left to age for 12 months in 500-liter barrels (tonneaux) of medium-toasted French oak: thanks to this passage in wood and this slow micro-oxygenation, Redìt Cannonau di Sardegna DOC Riserva acquires gustatory and aromatic complexity, with pleasant spicy notes. It has an intense aroma and taste, with hints reminiscent of red fruit and Mediterranean scrub, full-bodied and persistent but at the same time delicate. An extraordinary expression of Sardinia's most representative grape variety.
Grapes: 100% cannonau
Recònta, Cagnulari Alghero DOC Riserva
Recònta represents the excellence of Cagnulari from Alghero. Each bottle is derived from a careful selection of Cagnulari clusters and contains the highest expression of these grapes. Cultivation takes place in the Usini area, on soils rich in limestone and minerals that are very useful in supporting the plant. These pedoclimatic conditions allow the Cagnulari to tell the aromas and herbaceous scents typical of the Mediterranean territory, developing at its best its organoleptic characteristics.
The grapes are harvested by hand in the last week of September. The process of fermentation and maceration on the skins is followed by aging in French oak barrels from the Allier forests to create a full-bodied, balanced, spicy wine with silky, long tannins.
A wine for connoisseurs and for those who want to discover new excellence.
Grapes: 100% Cagnulari
Allergens: contains sulfites
