This Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG comes from a selection of Sangiovese, which in this important denomination takes the name of "prugnolo gentile", combined with a small percentage of red berried grapes. Cecchi vinifies it in red at a controlled temperature for about 21 days followed by 24 months of aging in small oak barrels. A red with a marked elegance.
