ADDITIONAL NOTES:
Brut Imperial is a fascinating and very famous name of Champagne, one of the symbolic labels of the Moët & Chandon maison, which has been producing it continuously since 1869. The rich, fruity and consistent aromatic profile, which has consecrated it as a very famous and loved Champagne in all over the world, is well summarized by the maison with the three adjectives: vibrant, generous and captivating. These great qualities, combined with the charm of its long and important history, make it an absolute certainty in the world of French bubbles.
The "Imperial" Champagne by Moët & Chandon comes from a cuvée of over 100 wines from vineyards located in more than 150 villages. The assembly, conducted with absolute skill by the chef de cave Benoit Gouez, involves the use of reserve wines for at least 20% and includes, in equal measure, the three typical vines of the area: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. The 36-month aging on the lees in the bottle allows the achievement of a complex and fascinating aromatic maturity, all played on fruity, mineral and slightly toasted tones. The sugar dosage of about 9 g/l enriches it with soft and pleasantly sweet nuances which contribute to setting up an incomparable pleasantness.
