Sparkling wine with an elegant bouquet, characterized by a combination of perfumes and aromas ranging from hints of flowers and fruits to that of honey. Its fine bubbles enhance the acacia and apricot finish.

The products of the Mionetto Spago line evoke the past of a wine that is the result of a long history, witness to a centuries-old tradition: manual string binding. Ancient technique used by winemakers to prevent the bottles from uncorking during natural fermentation. Re-proposed on the market by Mionetto in 1961, the binding is still done by hand today.

Wine areas suited to the cultivation of white grape varieties.

VARIETY:
Blend of white grapes.

VINIFICATION:
Obtained from white vinification with soft pressing of the grapes, followed by sparkling with the Charmat method.

ALCOHOL CONTENT:
11% vol

ACIDITY:
5.5 - 6.5 g/l.

SUGARS:
9 - 15 g/l.

Excellent 8° - 10° C
