FOOD PAIRINGS:
Particularly suitable to enrich the end of a meal, it is excellent paired with small dry pastries or typical desserts such as "fregola." Excellent with medium or long aged cheeses. The optimal serving temperature is 12°C.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
The grape variety used for the production of this sensational native wine from the Maculan Winery of Veneto is 100% Vespaiola vinified in purity. The vineyard location falls on the Breganz hills. The location and soil type are characterized by hilly terrain with the presence of deposits of volcanic and tuffaceous origin. In the winery, after drying the carefully selected grapes for four months in a fruit cellar, fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature. This is followed by aging for one year in 1/3 new and 2/3 second-passage French oak barriques.
