Lovingly sweetish, round and harmonious, supported by good acidity.

SERVING TEMPERATURE:
between 6 and 8°C

Ideal with desserts, pastries, leavened pastries, fruit or jam tarts, fruit salads.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
Preparation of the cuvée in the spring following the harvest, with the addition of 10% reserve wines from the best vintages. Second fermentation in the bottle and subsequent aging in contact with its own yeasts for at least 18 months, followed by another 2 months after disgorgement.
