Intense straw yellow color to the eye.

BOUQUET:
The nose is deep and aromatic, rich in fruity scents reminiscent of yellow flowers, peach, ripe pineapple and yellow-fleshed plum, complemented by a pleasant citrus nuance and light mineral puffs.

TASTING NOTES:
The taste in the mouth is soft and fresh at the same time, full and juicy, with long persistence.

SERVING TEMPERATURE:
Between 10 and 12 °C

FOOD PAIRINGS:
The intense, aromatic bouquet and its full, smooth character call for dishes with strong flavor. We recommend it in combination with shellfish, tasty cheeses and desserts such as strudel. Also interesting is the pairing with spicy dishes or sweet-sour creations of Asian inspiration.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

Gewürztraminer takes its name from the wine-growing village of Tramin (German: "Tramin") in the Bassa Atesina. The clusters are slightly red. Near Egna and Montagna in the Bassa Atesina, this grape variety finds optimal growing conditions. The light, warm soil and sunny, slightly sloping slopes are best expressed in the glass.
