ARTISANAL DISTILLATION:
Discontinued by cutting off the heads and tails, in special exclusive copper steam stills renovated by Benito Nonino. The distillation takes place very slowly to allow the volatile components, responsible for the aromas, proper evaporation and subsequent condensation while keeping intact the precious organoleptic characteristics of the chosen grape variety.

Monovitigno white grapes.

CHARACTERISTICS:
Fresh, fragrant, crystal clear and slightly aromatic with a particular elegance characteristic of the original grape varieties.

TASTING:
It should be served at about 12°C in an open tulip corolla glass. Before tasting, it should rest a few minutes in the glass: as it oxygenates, the aromas are enhanced and the nose-palate harmony is completed.

WHEN AND HOW TO TASTE IT:
ÙE ® Uvabianca can be added to the preparation of cream cakes, creams in general (both custard and whipped cream) and in ice cream. Excellent in fruit salad or sorbet. Try it in fantastic Cocktails, Aperitifs and Long Drinks such as Ace, a delicate and elegant cocktail.
