It is straw yellow in color with greenish highlights.

BOUQUET:
The nose drinks in the purity of varietal aromas, which move back and forth between fruity and floral sensations, painting a rich and complete picture.

TASTING NOTES:
The palate is delighted by a juicy freshness and a delicate, balanced structure in which the fruit component stands out.

SERVING TEMPERATURE:
between 10 and 12°C

FOOD PAIRINGS:

Ideal as an aperitif, it is excellent with vegetable risottos and first courses of seafood cuisine.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

Lis Neris chardonnay is made from the international white grape variety of the same name, which has been able to adapt in places that are also very different from each other. The vineyards are located on a gravelly limestone plateau in the municipality of San Lorenzo, in the province of Gorizia, in a terroir capable of bringing out the elegance and FLAVOR PROFILE of these grapes.

Harvesting is done by hand with selection of the bunches. It ferments in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 20-22°C and, once malolactic fermentation is complete, matures on the fine lees for 8 months and for a short period in the bottle.
