DESCRIPTION:

Liquore Strega, created in 1860, draws inspiration from an ancient legend that tells of Benevento as a meeting place for witches from all over the world. It is made from the distillation of about 70 herbs and spices from all parts of the globe, including Ceylon cinnamon, Florentine iris, juniper from the Italian Apennines and Sannio mint. Its distinctive yellow color is due to the presence of saffron, which lends uniqueness and brilliance to the distillate.

The nose releases intense aromas of herbs, wild fennel, peppermint, saffron and a touch of honey. The palate is smooth, sweet and complex, with elegant hints of cinnamon, nutmeg and chamomile. 70 cl bottle.
