BOUQUET:
Citrus notes, warm yellow flowers (dandelion, chamomile), almond and peach in syrup.

TASTE:
The anterior half of the tongue opens to an astringent citrus sensation, while the second half of the palate is freed from any bitter sensation. Very smooth beer, with typical Belgian "watery".

Foods without fatty but hearty sauces, smoked or salty such as extra-aged montasio and oysters, as the beer is not very hoppy.
