The different plots of Cabernet Sauvignon are vinified separately, in stainless steel and French oak vats. Before fermentation, a 3-5 day cold maceration is carried out to enhance the aromatic components. Then the wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barriques to achieve complexity and structure.

Soft and enveloping on the palate, with silky, well-developed tannins. Long and persistent on the finish, with a pleasant sensation of balance and freshness.
