The Ecràl vineyards benefit from different sun exposure, which results in different ripening times in the different plots. For this reason, the Carménère plots are fermented separately. Once alcoholic fermentation is complete, the wine matures in French oak barriques, where malolactic fermentation and subsequent aging also take place. Finally, Ecràl is blended and bottled.
