CHARACTERISTICS:

The liqueurs of Distillerie G. Miclo are obtained through a slow maceration of fresh ripe fruit in neutral alcohol for several weeks, an artisanal method that fully preserves the fruit's natural aromas and flavors. Spring water and sugar are added to the infusion to impart smoothness and structure, without altering the original aromatic intensity.

Bright rosso in color and intensely fragrant, Wild Raspberry Liqueur is delicately tart, balanced and rich in fruity notes. The palate offers a perfect balance of sweetness and freshness, with a lingering, lively finish that recalls the authentic aromas of freshly picked berries.

PAIRINGS:
Excellent served chilled or on the rocks. Ideal to accompany red fruit desserts, ice cream or chocolate mousse. Also perfect as an ingredient for refined cocktails or to enjoy at the end of a meal.
