Crème de Cassis from Distillerie G. Miclo is a traditional Alsatian liqueur made by infusing blackcurrants with brandy and sugar, according to an ancient artisanal recipe that enhances its authentic and intense taste.

It became famous thanks to the renowned French Kir cocktail, made with white wine and Crème de Cassis, and also stars in the refined Kir Royal variant, made with Champagne or Crémant. It also lends itself beautifully as an accompaniment to fresh fruit, ice cream and desserts.
