In the mouth it releases all its finesse with a fresh body, harmonious elegance and intense finish.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
Although its name may be misleading, Gewürztraminer is an indigenous Italian grape variety from, specifically, the small COUNTRY of Tramin in the South Tyrolean province of Bolzano; in fact, its name originates from the combination of its distinctive characteristic: aromaticity (in German Gewürz), with the name of its place of origin: Tramin (in German Tramin). This particularly charming and elegant wine, thanks to the very fine varietal aromas of flowers and fruit that are amplified by the cool climates of this area, is loved by all and in demand all over the world for its versatility in pairing with a multitude of recipes, both with Mediterranean and Asian cuisine.
Tenuous straw yellow with golden hues, it opens on clear aromas of yellow rose, pear and lychee, candied citron and honey. On the palate it is velvety, perfectly supported by vibrant acidity and with a long finish of fruity tones.
An excellent aperitif, it finds ideal pairing in raw shellfish preparations, to sushi and grilled fish, try it on goose liver pâté.
