Langhe Arneis "Monterbertotto" from Piedmont winery Castello di Neive is made from pure Arneis grapes grown in the vineyards of Cascina Montebertotto. After manual harvesting, the must obtained after pressing the grapes ferments and matures in steel for several months before being bottled.
