HISTORY:
Amaro Bepi Tosolini is an ancient specialty of the house, a true historical memory of the distillery. It is prepared following the founder's original recipe, based on a selection of 15 herbs, many of them from the spontaneous Mediterranean vegetation. The long and careful process of maceration of the botanicals and the refined art of distillation result in a bitter with an intense and elegant profile, characterized by aromas of medicinal herbs and balsamic hints, which refresh the sip. Soft and harmonious, it is appreciated for the originality of its aromas and for a particular finesse and aromatic delicacy.

RAW MATERIAL:
A skillful blend of spices and herbs in pure grape distillate. Salicornia, Limonio, Sea Fennel, Sea Wormwood, or the precious Santonego, together with the 'use of very pure water from the Friulano Alps and carat aging.

CHARACTERISTICS:
A refined herbal liqueur with Mediterranean TASTING NOTES prepared according to the founder's recipe. Intense brown color with warm orange reflections.

TASTING:
Serve iced or on the rocks, perfect in the preparation of cocktails and for Spritz Med (30 ml Amaro Tosolini, 45 ml Prosecco, 45 ml Ginger Ale, Ice, Orange Peel).

AROMAS:
A Bitter with unique and unmistakable nuances due to the precious selection of herbs, along with the use of pure water from the Friulano Alps and pure grape distillate. Balanced and complex, rich and aromatic TASTING NOTES. Bitter orange aftertaste and a finish with notes of sweet Mediterranean spices.
