Among the most appreciated expressions of the dry type, that is those sparkling wines with residual sugar between 17 and 32 grams per liter, it has been able to carve out a leading role in the prosecco world thanks to the qualitative consistency achieved over the years.
Col Vetoraz's Millesimato Dry, comes from the winery's best grapes, namely those most favorably exposed. All the vigna are located at an altitude of about 400 meters. Re-fermentation takes place using the charmat method, that is, in large sealed containers, which allows the wine to preserve its freshest and fruitiest aromatic component. The residual sugar helps to bring softness and charm, and in-between with freshness and flavor, it creates a chiseled, crisp and precise sparkling wine.
