A prestigious and refined wine of great versatility that pairs well with the vast majority of courses of typical Tuscan and Mediterranean cuisine. It pairs perfectly with courses of grilled meats, medium-aged cheeses. Excellent with chicken a la diavola and baked potatoes with rosemary. The serving temperature is 18°C in a wide goblet that promotes oxygenation.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

The wine "Lucente" seduces and conquers by its harmonious character, its expressive immediacy, and its fragrant aromas and flavors, which despite aging in wood, retain the crispness of ripe fruit. It has a deep ruby red color. The nose expresses aromas of small dark berry fruits, cherry, plum, spicy notes and woody nuances. The palate is round, enveloping and soft, with juicy, ripe fruit, velvety tannic texture and balanced freshness. Excellent paired with roasted red meats or mixed grills.
