Grappa di San Leonardo is made in very small quantities from the pomace from the estate's vineyards, and distilled in small stills using direct steam.

Grappa Bianca is perfectly dry, refined and velvety.

Distillation

Following light pressing, the pomace is immediately processed using a steam still.
