Il terreno su cui viene coltivato il Pinot Noir di Henry Fuchs è costituito da una parcella argillosa su cui sono impiantati vigneti giovani e una parcella con vigneti antichi su suolo argilloso-limoso. La vendemmia avviene manualmente nella prima metà di ottobre. Il processo di vinificazione prevede una fermentazione di 2 mesi cui segue l’affinamento sulle fecce fini per ulteriori 10 mesi.
