CHARACTERISTICS:
Aromatic, reminiscent of blueberry and berries. It should be served at about 12°C in an ice-cold open tulip corolla glass. Before tasting, ÙE® l'Acquavite d'Uva, should rest a few minutes in the glass: as it oxygenates, the aromas are enhanced and the nose-palate harmony is completed.

TASTING:

WHEN AND HOW TO TASTE IT:
ÙE ® Monovitigno ® can be added in the preparation of creams in general, they are perfect paired with fish and sushi. They are also extraordinary in sorbet and fruit salad. Try them in fantastic Cocktails, Aperitifs and Long Drinks such as the smooth and elegant Rosa Tiepolo.
