The grappa is aged for 18 months in small cherry, ash, oak, and black locust casks. It undergoes further aging in Scottish casks previously used for peated and non-peated whiskies.

APPEARANCE: It presents a deep, intense amber-yellow hue, enhanced by warm, golden highlights.

BOUQUET: The final aging process highlights a distinct contrast between the grappa and the wood, lending the spirit a unique, enveloping peaty nuance. On the nose, the aroma is expansive, featuring notes of spice, dried fruit, and toasted almonds.

TASTING NOTES: On the palate, the structure is soft, round, and intensely persistent.

• Dark chocolate: Perfect with high cocoa percentages (70% or higher), which enhance the spirit's toasted and smoky wood nuances.

• Cocoa-based dry pastries: Structured, artisanal cookies that are not overly sweet.
