La bocca è intrigante e diretta, sostenuta da tannini vellutati.

All’Oratorio di San Lorenzo le viti di Carmenere hanno finalmente superato i 15 anni di età. L’attenzione meticolosa in vigna, i miglioramenti continui e i traguardi raggiunti nel tempo ci hanno permesso di valorizzare sempre più gli appezzamenti adiacenti a quello che produce la nostra etichetta di riferimento: “ORATORIO DI SAN LORENZO Carmenere Riserva Doc Colli Berici”.

Nasce così con l’annata 2015 il secondo vino: “CARMINIUM Carmenere Doc Colli Berici”. Rappresenta un approccio più immediato al Carmenere nella sua purezza, senza tralasciare complessità e finezza. Le argille create dai boschi di questo incredibile luogo, preservato quasi allo stato selvaggio, esprimono un vino unico.
